Olayinka Ramota KARIM is a Professor of Food Science and Technology. Her areas of research interest include Plant Food Processing and Value Addition/Food Product Development. She has over 195 publications and presentations and supervised/co-supervised 84 B.Sc.; 8 M.Sc. and 1 Ph.D. dissertations/theses. She won several awards from TETFund; LAPTOP; N.G. Patel, India; Global Affairs Canada; Action Aid Nigeria; AUDA-NEPAD, etc. A member of many professional bodies within and outside Nigeria. She served as Head of Department, Dean of the Faculty, Chairman of Unilorin Guest Houses, and Chairman and member of over eighty academic and administrative committees and boards at Unilorin, KWASU, and OOU. She is currently the Vice-Chancellor of Fountain University, Osogbo.
