Deborah Oluyemisi OPALEKE is a Lecturer in the Department of Home Economics and Food Science, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Ilorin with almost a decade of university teaching, research, and administrative experience.
She has served as a Level Adviser, Seminar Coordinator, Practicum Coordinator, and Clearance Officer. Her areas of research interest cover nutrition and food administration.
She has to her credit over thirty publications in reputable outlets covering journals, edited conference proceedings, and chapters in books. She has won several research grants. Dr. Opaleke is a member of many professional bodies at home and abroad.
