Alawode Faidat Oladayo is a lecturer in the Department of Home Economics and Food Science. She holds a first class degree in Food Science (B.Sc.) from the the University of Ilorin and a Masters degree in Food Analysis and Quality Control from the University of Ibadan. Her research interests includes Food Processing and Preservation and Food Biotechnology.
