Biography

Ikeola Olufunke NMOM is an Assistant Chief Technologist in the Department of Home Economics and Food Science Department, Faculty of Agriculture. She obtained a Higher National Diploma in Food Technology from Federal Polytechnic, Idah, Kogi State in 1995 with an upper credit, graduating as the best student in Food Technology. She attended Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin, and Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba, Ondo State, where she obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration and Master in Business Administration in 1998 and 2004, respectively. She obtained a B.Sc. in Microbiology and graduated as the best student in her set with a First Class Honours from Kwara State University in 2019. She also had a Masters in Food Science from Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomoso.
She has attended several conferences, where she presented research papers involving various Food analyses. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology (NIFST).
