Biography

Dr. BABAYEJU, Adeshola Ajoke is a Senior lecturer in the Department of Home Economics and Food Science, Faculty of Agriculture with 15 years of university teaching, research, and administrative experience. She served in various capacities both at the faculty and at departmental levels. She was involved in teaching, research, and supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate students. Her areas of research interest cover Home Economics, Food and Nutrition, textiles and clothing, family and child, and consumer science. She has to her credits publications in reputable outlets covering journals, and edited conference proceedings. She has successfully supervised over 40 undergraduate projects and 3 master dissertations. Dr. Adeshola A. Babayeju is a member of many Learned Professional bodies within and outside Nigeria. She has attended many conferences, presented papers, and authored many papers in different journals. She is presently lecturing at the University of Ilorin Department of Home Economics and Food Science Faculty of Agriculture.
