Biography

Adegbola Oladele DAUDA is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Home Economics and Food Science, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Ilorin, which he joined in the year 2015, and has almost a decade of university teaching, research, and administrative experience. He has served in various positions such as the Examination Officer and Level Adviser. in the department, and represented the Faculty Representative on many occasions. His areas of research interest cover food safety, food processing, nutrition, food packaging, food value addition, and development. Currently, he has to his credit over forty publications in reputable outlets covering journals, edited conference proceedings, and chapters in books. He has successfully supervised over 50 undergraduate, 3 postgraduate diplomas, and 2 Masters Dissertations. Dr. Dauda is a member of some professional bodies within and outside the shores of Nigeria.
