Adegbola Oladele DAUDA is a Reader in the Department of Home Economics and Food Science, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Ilorin, which he joined in the year 2015, and has almost a decade of university teaching, research, and administrative experience. He has served in various positions such as the Post Graduate Programme Coordinator, Students Body Adviser, Examination Officer Level Adviser etc., in the department and represented the Faculty Representative on many occasions. His areas of research interest cover food safety, food processing, food product development. Currently, he has to his credit over fifty publications in reputable outlets covering journals, edited conference proceedings, and chapters in books. He has successfully supervised over 60 undergraduate, 4 postgraduate diplomas, 2 Master Dissertations and Co-Supervised a Ph.D Thesis. Dr. Dauda is a member of some professional bodies within and outside the shores of Nigeria.
