Olufunmilola Adunni ABIODUN is a Professor in the Department of Home Economics and Food Science, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Ilorin with 10 years of university teaching, research, and administrative experience. She has served as the departmental Student’s Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES), departmental postgraduate coordinator and presently the head of department of Home Economics and Food Science. Her areas of research interest cover food processing, food analysis, and food chemistry. She has to her credit over a hundred publications in reputable outlets covering journals, edited conference proceedings, and chapters in books. She has successfully supervised more than 50 undergraduate research projects and 10 master’s dissertations. She has won several awards and Tetfund research grants. Prof. Abiodun is a member of many professional bodies within and outside Nigeria.
