Home Economics & Food Science

Dr. Fausat Lola KOLAWOLE is a Reader in the Department of Home Economics and Food Science, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Ilorin, for about fifteen years. She has been involved in teaching, research, and administrative duties. She has served as Head of the Department and is currently a member of the University Research Committee representing the Faculty of Agriculture. She is also the present Deputy Director of the Joint University Preliminary Examination Board (JUPEB) of the University. Her areas of interest include; Food Processing, Food Biochemistry, and Food Product Development/Value Addition, and has over forty publications in reputable journals. She has successfully supervised many undergraduate and postgraduate projects. She has equally won many prizes and awards.
